How do I update details in My profile?

To update your account details:

1. Login at www.scisdata.com with your username and password.
2. Click on your school/organisation's name at the top right corner of the page, and select My profile from the drop-down menu.

All users have the ability to update their own email address and password in the My details section.

The ability to update details in the School/organisation contacts is restricted to the primary contact only. The primary contact acts as the account admin; they have the ability to access and change the PIN and add/remove contacts. There is a 'Retrieve PIN' button for the primary contact if needed in this section.
